For over twenty years I’ve walked with people through life’s hardest passages — grief, anxiety, depression, and those threshold moments when everything feels like it’s shifting.
Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, caring for aging parents, or finding your voice in a new season of life, healing is a journey you don’t have to walk alone.
I’ve walked in the shoes of many: traveling the world in my twenties, dancing with two ballet companies, and spending years immersed in Buddhist retreat life.
I’ve faced challenges that in the moment felt impossible—and came through them with a stronger conviction that this is the work I’m meant to do: guiding others through their own dark challenges and out into light.
